Story

Jay's Automotive LLC is a family owned and operated auto repair shop that has been serving the Jefferson County area since 1984. We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity in the auto repair field. We live in this community and want to continue to serve this community for years to come with reliable, trustworthy service. Our mission is to provide you with the confidence of knowing that you and your car are in good hands for years to come. We purposefully designed this business to be able to service and repair your vehicles using modern, high tech equipment, but with the personal attention that only a Mom & Pop shop such as ours can offer.

We are now offering extended hours to meet the needs of our customers who work out of town and need later appointment times. Just give us a call and we can get you scheduled for your repair and maintenance needs.

Jay’s Automotive LLC is a NAPA AUTOCARE/TRUCKCARE Service Center. We backup all customers with a 24,000 mile, 24 month warranty.

Towing is available 24/7 through Bruce’s 24 Hour Wrecker Service. Call 304-725-1890 to arrange pick up. If you like, we can add the towing bill to your invoice so you won't have to travel with the tow truck. We can assist you in getting a rental car at discounted prices just let us know when you schedule your appointment. Our customer records are stored in our own database so we can keep track of all service and repair activity for your vehicles.
