I recently moved to WV and had to get my vehicle service, as a female I've never really been impressed nor trusting of mechanics, specially big brands such as Jiffy lube( will never ever step food there again) My fiancé took his vehicle to cupps and said I should take mine there to, I was so pleasantly surprised at the genuine kindness and customer service. They didn't try to tell me a million things were wrong  or try to over charge, they gave me suggestion of things that needed to get done and they were things I knew had to get done already . They were so pleasant and genuine and I will be going here for everything vehicle related. They truly went above and beyond!

I’ve only rented Uhaul trailers from here, so cannot speak to the mechanical work, but Paula and her hubby are kind and helpful!

This place isn't much to look at but they're the best muffler repair shop in the area for the money. They did a honest repair for me when they could have charged me for much more.

They are a Uhaul location. Called and asked what trucks they have available.  Was put on hold with no reply or even a "please hold."   Left on hold for TWENTY MINUTES.  Hung up and called back.  Rang 15 times with no answer before going to voicemail.  Same after several more attempts. Seriously?  So unprofessional you can't even legitimately call them a business.  Going to submit a complain to Uhaul as well.  They shouldn't be a Uhaul location when they deliberately ignore Uhaul business.  

The mobile app says they have trucks, but good freaking luck getting to them through this lousy place.
