After experiencing over a one hour delay and cold food delivery, I filed a complaint with Pizza Hut corporate.  I never heard from my local Pizza Hut, following my request for a refund, but received a coupon for (2) free pizzas.  Of course it was not free because I had to spend $12 in order to get the food delivered.  The second experience was even worse and resulted in a 1.5 hour delay and cold food.  This time I called the local Pizza Hut manager requesting a refund for both orders.  She stated that she does not provide refunds and to contact Pizza Hut corporate.  I sent a second request to Pizza Hut corporate with no response.  We will no longer do business with the Wake Forest Pizza Hut.  This situation could have been easily remedied had refunds been provided along with a simple apology.  I would suggest that the owners of this Pizza Hut send their manager to customer service training.

Placed a order online 1 hr ahead of time. When I get there they gave me the wrong pizza and told me I hadn’t paid for it. I continue to wait and they try to give me one pepperoni pizza when I ordered a meat lovers and supreme pizza. My daughter placed the order so she called and was placed on hold for 12 minuets just to have someone hang up on her. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I rather drive further than order anything for this location again! Spent over a hour to end up with nothing.

I order around 7:30 pm on there app. Pizza took over and 1 1/2 hrs to get. On top that they forgot a pizza and all of them were cold. This very bad business, they lost my business. I called the store three times trying to talk to someone. All I got was the off site call center and all they did was send back to the store phone line. Which of course no one would answer. Its sad that I now think Little Caesars  is better than Pizza Hut.

We had an amazing experience with this Pizza Hut. We had our 8 years old birthday party there on a Saturday! The waiter there was very friendly and helpful. We called the same day at 11:30 am and they were able to accommodate about 30 people. Everyone there was super friendly. They made sure everyone was taken care of and the orders were accurate. The waiter had awesome timing. He would come over and say "Hey, I see you are running low and getting more guess...would like you me to put in another order and grab anymore drinks!" Just the staff alone at the location, made my life so much easier! Remember it was a 8 years old party...can we say "HUNGRY!" I would definitely recommend them for future events. Thanks again for such an amazing experience!

Part of my order was never delivered. They offered to remake it and said that it would take over an hour to get to my house. OVER AN HOUR? The restaurant is 5 min away from my house. It doesn't take an hour to make an order of breadsticks and deliver them. 

SO I requested a refund. Although this is not true, the manager claimed that a refund was not possible and all they could do was give me a store credit which had to be used within a month's time of receipt. I do not want  a store credit because there's still a chance that even when using it within a month, they could screw up my order or not remember part of it, just like what happened this time. Just refund my money and be done with it. Exceptionally poor customer service.
