Huge drop in rating.  Don't know what happened.  Quality of pizza was mediocre and the selection was terrible.  For 10 minutes the only pizza they had was a sad looking half of a pepperoni pizza. The main reason we came was the brownie cheesecake.  It was awful and looked like someone dropped it.  For a good 15 minutes they had no desserts on the bar.

Everybody from staff atre just eating and drinking, this is a complete stupid joke, moved from Houston and they were super clean in there, food was great there and always hot, here is cold, nasty and nobody wearing gloves making your pizza, the girl that on the cashier is always eating talking to the customers wth!!!! so your food is super contaminated, and nobody cares! nasty, will never come back...... I did put a pic for the employees drinking, not sure why isn't showing

i loved cicis until friday night. the whole staff sat around eating picking food off the bar.  we asked if they had a wifi code the manager said yes they had one but she didnt know the code then walked away. she didnt bother asking or finding out.  girl cooking the pizza had slice marks up and down her whole arm front and back. Over 30 red bloody slice marks and had on short sleeves cooking and serving the pizza. my son saw them while getting his plate and could no longer eat his food. we asked for a refund and got attitude and a explanation for the bloody arms. not once did they offer a apology to my son just made excuses for the employee.  took three people to give me my money back  then they talked trash when we left.

Good as a CiCis. If you are not familiar with this chain...it is a very low priced all you can eat place. Simple salad makings, a pasta, one soup and perhaps 6-8 simple pizza options plus 2-4 desert offerings. This is not fine dining, gourmet pizza - think a place that the 8 year old soccer team will love after the game or the landscaping crew will go for lunch.
