Hadn’t been here in a while.  My gf and I were just here last week.  They seem to have some new staff coming in.  I was really impressed. New server Curtis was very attentive and a breath a fresh air. Nice kid, from Chicago. Gave him a big tip, he deserved it !  Hope he stays.  Maybe if they pay them more they can keep some good people.  Enjoyed our visit very much!!!

I love this restaurant been to several across TN and NC. Unfortunately this place fell really below the bar. Mae was really sweet as a hostess but that is the most I can say for good qualities this particular location had. My boyfriend and I sat there for 25 minutes without so much as one other person talking to us. On a busy night I can understand, but the place was barely filled. After watching waiter after waitress pass our table without so much as a hello......it was very disappointing. Most of the employees were gathered in the corner talking amongst themselves......annoyed we took our business elsewhere. Hopefully other people can enjoy the food we did not get to eat.

Recent reviews have me quite worried about this place as I am from out of town and tried it some years back but thought a let's give it another try. The experience was somewhat like the last time some years back. Honestly, I really have problems with the franchise I guess as there is one of these where I live. The food was okay but nothing special but where the real problems came in was how long it take to get the food and the order was messed up for two of the six orders we placed. I gave two stars instead of one as the manager did check on us and he comped two of the meals but I really would have rather had the food in a timely manner and correct. Seems to take forever to get our drinks too. In hindsight, I think this is where waiters and waitresses learn to wait tables.

I used to work down the street from this restaurant but switched jobs so going there every week was no longer easy.  Just went there with family after a 6 month break.  The service was poor and the food was not good. Half of the wings were sadly left on the plate. We were going to speak to the manager but it looked like he had his hands full so we didn't add..

Customer service is ok.  They do not always have the games you are looking for on the screen and getting the game you want may take time.  By taking time, I mean it may not be on the screen until you are ready to pay your bill and leave.  Wings used to be sold by the number of wings, now it is sold by Large, Med etc.   There is no set number of wings for those sizings.  Sauces are merely ok.  Everything about this place screams:  merely OK.  If you are serious about wings, find another option.  If you need a quick wing fix, this place is OK.
