I was seated immediately upon arrival and staff was friendly and helpful. When the waiter (Kevin) noticed my Veterans Hat , he Extended  me every Military Discount and Franchise Courtesy the Restaurant Chain had to offer. My Steak was cooked to Perfection and the rest of the food was absolutely GREAT !!! Thank Kevin and the rest of the Staff for a Job "Well Done". I really enjoyed my LongHorn Experience ...

Very Rude! Unprofessional and definitely not a good choice to eat! I usually don't believe in leaving negative reviews, but this was a very displeasing evening.

Terrible. If you order a steak, be prepared for it to come to your table with tons of chili pepper on it. Who ever heard of having to ask if the steak you were looking forward to and celebrating a friend's bday, would be inedible unless you have a steel stomach. It was so strong I couldn't eat anything else after that one bite I had to run to the br and spit out. Granted, I don't do spicy, but not sure anyone short of people who eat straight hot peppers would have enjoyed it. Gone are the days where food just comes to you naked. Good thing I'm not allergic like my friend is. That could be fatal for someone. Nowhere did it say on the menu that all their food was laden with chili pepper! Nasty. What has happened to just regular American food?

We had a large group from where I work. We had called ahead several times to make reservations to make sure they knew we had a large group but when we were seated we were sat in several different places. We also only had 1 waitress for 30 people. We were very disappointed today.
