Reviews

Waffle House is always an adventure in people-watching.  The service can be great - or sketchy - as can one's fellow customers.  Comedian Jim Gaffigan only exaggerated a LITTLE bit when he did his Waffle House routine.  

That being said, I love the food, even if it's greasy diner fare.  Waffle House does hash browns and omelets better than anyone.  If they combined that with cleaner and more comfortable restaurants with better atmosphere, they'd be unbeatable for breakfast fare.

Waffle House on tunnel rd has the worst to go ever! I mean I called and was put on hold for a good 15 minutes until I arrived to a empty restaurant with 6 customers and still I was on hold and even now the waitress is laughing that I'm writing a bad review.. Hope the food is better than the service!

I went to Waffle House for the first time in late October 2017 and was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh, and good quality for affordable prices. An elder, colorful employee named Gerry greeted us as we waited for a seat, our waitress Jodi was attentive and friendly, and the main cook Scotty was on a roll. The whole staff was very friendly and worked together well to serve the waves of breakfast customers. We will be back!

I go here after work, once or twice a week, and usually around 2 or 3 am. Food is always great. A bit expensive for how simple the meals are, but worth it if you want breakfast 24/7. Friendly staff. But the customers can be down right scary sometimes. Over-all I would recommend this to the huddle House down the road.

I came in early in am in a very bad position in life and the wonderful team there was tremendously nice, and persist with helping me any way possible and I love this team for that reason...
