My husband and I went on Sunday 11/5 around 9pm. I can't remember our servers name but she was fantastic! Even the cook came out to check on our food and we were certainly pleased. That was our first time at Chili's and we will definitely be back. Also whatever those fruity bar drinks were with Spiced rum and pineapple and strawberry, those were the absolute best. Our food came out super fast and we were never low on drinks.

Walked in at 7 o'clock with nine people – we were seated in 15 minutes, ordered drinks after 15 more minutes didn't see waitress back for 15 more min-  she said that the bar was backed up which I understand-  our salads and appetizers didn't come until an hour after we had been seated. Our food was an hour and 45 minutes! My husband was about to lose it, he had to go outside and get some fresh air..  he's never been upset about a restaurant before – he was so hangry..  when we finally got our food it was prepared well and fresh and delicious.

VERY RUDE HOSTESS!!!
My sister did call ahead seating because their was 12 of us eating for my nieces birthday and whoever she talked to on the phone put us down for 615 which was great. We have went to chili’s for her bday dinner for the last 3 years and do the call ahead seating every year we’ll when we got there the worlds rudest hostess told us that they have never done call ahead seating and that we were lying, the whole time rolling her eyes and neck and smacking her lips. Either way someone told us that call ahead seating was fine and that 615 was for us but the rude ass hostess wouldn’t even let us talk to the manager and kept saying we were lying and that if we wanted to wait an hour and 30 minutes to be seated we could. I love chili’s but as long as she is there I will walk out and eat somewhere else.

I had a great experience at Chili's. We were seated quickly. We received fast service by a very friendly waitress. She was quick to get out drinks and refills without asking. The food was served as ordered and delicious. This Chili's is right on the road, easy to see. It is close to our local interstate and shopping mall. Getting in to Chili's is pretty easy but getting out is tricky. It is best to leave through Mall exits. I have never been disappointed at this Chili's.

It surprised us how good it was for a chain restaurant. Impressed with the speed of checkout particularly for lunch goers who have to get back to work.
