The service was great.  Can't say the same for the boneless wings and fries that I got. The wings were dry and hard. The food wasn't room temperature like it was leftover. You would think a place that it is their specialty you think they would be knocking it out of the park. Not the first time I've gotten a meal like  that before sad to say I will not be returning nor can recommend to other people

I've always loved buffalo wild wings, best wings best service. Sometimes service is slow sure but only when they're ridiculously busy. They've always been polite, never rude, they joke and talk with you like a friend would and it makes my stay better and hopefully their shift better.

Had the best waitress who carried a real and entertaining conversation with my girl. She was SUPER helpful and fun. Many many TV's for all the football games. Great atmosphere

Food was great. The bartenders were terrible, they couldn't discern the difference on drinks, had bad customer service, and it wasn't a very busy night. The wait on food was inconsistent, a second order went in 5 minutes after the first order and was brought to the table 30 minutes after the first order. The first order took about 15 minutes but the second took 45. The staff blatantly treated other staff members rudely in front of customers and the wait on drinks from the bar whilst sitting at a table next to the bar was long. Date night with the wife ended after this dud of a dinner.

I've always loved going here, but this past weekend the two early evening bartenders were the worst. I had 3 beers prior to the two arriving, the 1 early  bartender that was there, she saw and controlled the entire bar during her time. My glass wasn't empty the entire time I sat there with her. The two other bartenders came in, no introductions and to make a long story short. I waited over 10 minutes for her to ask did I want another beer, I said yes and went to the restroom. I returned and no beer, I waited at least another 5-10 minutes and during this time, the male bartender served the guys next to me two rounds before he even looked my way. I didn't say a word, but I asked the guy next to me what does it take to get a beer. By this time, both heard me and apologized. I was disappointed at this time and didn't even feel the need to stay and support the bar anymore. I give the two Saturday evening bartenders the lowest rating.
