The food is consistently delicious! Service is hit or miss. Sometimes the servers seem overwhelmed. Typically the food arrives quickly and hot. The far right side of the restaurant always seems to feel 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the restaurant so if your cold natured like me ask to sit somewhere else. I would definitely recommend this place! We eat here often.

My wife and I like going there for lunch, usually sitting at the bar because Thomas is awesome.  Tried going a few times in the evenings, but it is just too noisy for us.  Nothing against children, but the layout just doesn't allow for a relaxing time if it is busy.  Almost all  visits the food is great, just an occasional miss but nothing I can complain about.

I am a frequent guest to Chili's and I have never been disappointed! Wait staff are awesome and very friendly. The manager, Bill, fantastic! Let's not forget the wonderful cooks! Some of the best and the food, superb! I highly recommend this establishment. Kudos! See you again real soon. 😀

My waiter Jen is the definition of the perfect customer experience! She was honest and sweet, she gave us honest opinions about what to order and what drinks were good to try. We took our friend for her birthday to eat and she rolled out the red carpet and gave us world class customer service. The food was phenomenal and she took care of us like if we were her family. I honestly thought she was the manager. She recommended some of the best fajitas and burgers we have ever tried! She is the only waiter I want to wait on us. If you want a world class experience you come and ask for Jen. Her personality and energy lit the entire restaurant. I highly recommend her as your waiter and you won't regret a single penny you spend at this Chili's. Guaranteed!!!!!

My dine in experiences are always a 4-5 stars.
But first time doing take-out, not so great...
Please train your wait stuff at the take out counter.
1- Never put a customer on hold for 8 minutes when called on for a take out order, which will prob take 20 seconds...
2- While preparing other’s orders, acknowledge the customers who are waiting to place orders. A simply “Hello”, “I will be right with you”, etc. will do it.
