Came to eat here at the recommendation of my boyfriend. There was a bit of a wait, which is understandable for a Saturday night. Still, we were sat relatively quickly and our server was Amber C. She greeted us and made sure to give us plenty of time to look through the menu. Putting in our order with her was super seamless and we had an amazing time! I really do have to give Amber props for her amazing service! I had a slight mishap with a drink I ordered, and she immediately replaced it with something different. Unsure of what I wanted to change my drink for, she gave a recommendation for the Pineapple Express, and I absolutely loved it!! The rest of our trip went great!! We will definitely be back again!! :)

When this restaurant first opened it was excellent; family friendly, good food, and good management.  However, lately I have had bad experiences, but I decided to give it another try.   The most recent being after arriving back in Fayetteville from a long trip TDY, I decided to dine with my daughter, son-in-law, and grandson.  The wait time was appropriate, and the waiter was excellent; however, the hostess was flippant and rude.  I asked for a highchair, and she stated there are no highchairs.  There was one highchair in the entire restaurant, and it was currently being used...hence, this restaurant is not family friendly, nor do they have the desire to be family friendly.   Everyone knows a 19 month old is not going to sit still in a booster without buckles.  They had one highchair and two boosters in the entire restaurant.  I paid a total of $68 for our meals , and we sat down and ate for about 15 to 20 minutes, and then left.  People work hard for their money, and they just want to have a decent meal with their family, and to have a bit of respect as well.  To be treated in a courteous manner.  Not for the hostess to walk around and tell all of the waiters and waitresses that grandma is upset because their are no highchairs, which is what she did.  I sat and watched her as she walked around telling everyone that I was upset, and then she kept going back to the kitchen, and I thought, oh wow, now she's probably going to have the kitchen staff do something to my food which is why I didn't even eat it when they brought it out.  At that point, I had lost my appetite.  I already know from past experiences that the manager will not try to correct deficiencies; he will back up rude staff, and he really doesn't care either way.  Non-suspecting people will continue to eat there; therefore, he could care a less.   If you have children that need highchairs or boosters, please don't go there; to be honest, they don't want you there anyways.

My family went to this restaurant for the first time yesterday, and I believe it will be our last.  We went on a Saturday afternoon, about 12:30, and there were only 6 or 7 tables with people at them(it was honestly dead, and there were at least 4 waitresses).  We were seated immediately, but things went rapidly downhill from there.  It took 10 minutes for our waitress to come and ask for our drink order.  At that point, we also put in our appetizer and kids meal orders.  It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks and we put in our meal order.  20 minutes later(30 min after we ordered the app), we finally got it. It took another 20 minutes to get our kids meals and our adult orders, most of which were cold and some of our orders were wrong.  When I told the waitress, she said she would fix it, but it took over TWENTY minutes to get the cup of soup I ordered with my sandwich.  We were NEVER offered drink refills until we were getting ready to leave, and the waitress never stayed at our table long enough to let us ask. We even had the binky service light flashing on our console, and that never garnered any attention from the wait staff, either. We would have asked for a manager, but again non existent waitress. So, for a not busy lunch service, we spent almost an hour and a half here to get no drink refills, cold food, and an even colder shoulder from our waitress.  Maybe the food would have been awesome if had been at least lukewarm, but there is no excuse for bad service.

The general manager Rebecca is the best and nicest person in the restaurant. Brittany was a great bar tender and was super nice. The food was amazing as usual and all the people were very welcoming. 6/5 stars very recommended 🔥🔥💯❤️👀👀

I had the "smoked" chicken sandwich. There was bo smoky flavor from the supposedly smoked chicken breast. The bbq beans were pretty good as are the sauces. The steamed broccoli was way overdone. The person I was with, had the pulled pork sandwich . Liked it but agreed, the place across and just down the street has much better smokey flavor meats, although they have only one sauce I found good.
