The question is. When are they going to have a good Manager in this location! Customer services is the worst!! That said 20 minutes to pick up order. Means 1 hour. Now if you eat there have to wait to be sit it and then 45 to 1 hour for your food. My husband loves this food but I can't believe after 3 years still same crappy services. If you not really hungry come here and wait for your food.

Great service provided by Jocelyn, she made sure our cups were never empty and our food arrived in a timely manner. Food was great. Even my picky eaters ate all their food.  Definitely coming back.

Terrible experience.. they brought out old crusty artichoke dip look liked it had been sitting for a couple days. I asked for some fresh dip they re heated it and stirred that old hard stuff. No thank you. I didn't even eat I paid for my drinks and left, Sat there for two hours waiting on wings, that i never did get smh. Employees were basically on the clock hanging out. Service and food were both horrible. They should really get new management. This place is a disgrace.

I went once. It was 💩💩💩 (poop emoji just in case you’re reading on an Obama phone). Service sucked. Waited forever. And for a place that commonly has such long wait times to be seated. You’d think they’d have a better waiting area. We had to stand next to the counter and squeeze between the waiters coming out and the idiot behind the desk. Our waiter left us and once point. They were trying to find him and just said forget it. (So no tip for you mayne). Our chicken was over cooked. We never got water we asked for.

I’ve been to this location twice only because it’s the closest to me, both of the times I ordered on the phone I had a girl who took my order and she just sounded lazy like she didn’t wanna be there, you go to other locations and they sound enthusiastic.. you get there and there’s nobody at the cash register they took about 10 mins to come back out from the kitchen and when the girls came out they were talking awful just throwing bad words around. The employees are supposed to sound professional they shouldn’t be cussing in front of customers.. lastly our boneless wings hardly had any sauce on it, didn’t even look appetizing...
