The staff is generally great here. It’s great to have a restaurant open and serving late on weekends. Food’s decent. Queso is heavenly. My only issue is they’re usually pretty slow even when not busy. We once had to wait over and hour while they re-fired a burger twice because of burning it. It’s not a huge problem though. We still choose here for our date nights 9 times out of 10.

Well at least the staff was friendly...

As far as the service, the waitress was either too overloaded or too distracted to keep the drinks filled. 

Two different orders of fries, regular and potato wedges, were undercooked and cold even though the waitress was prompt in bringing them out. 

I could tell the carrots and celery we're old because they were shriveled and almost frozen tasting. 

The wings themselves we're pretty decent. Though I'd say the price for the amount is astronomical unless you go on Tuesday. 

But the worst thing...which is saying something. Was the bathrooms...they were filthy. We were there for two hours, and visited the bathroom twice, the trashcan was overflowing, paper all over the floor, the toilet looked like a volcano exploded all over it...some poor bloke...and the counters were soaking and soapy. 

All in all the only real positive experience tonight was the friendly staff, and the challenge for me and my friends to burn like the surface of the sun with the Blazin wings. 

I would never pay full price to dine here.

Food and drinks were good but the customer service was definitely lacking.

The only place open late enough on a Friday night!!! Our server Makayla was totes amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and was super friendly and kind. Her pleasant attitude was a wonderful change of pace from most servers. She deserves a raise and a vacation.
