Ok, here's the thing. I absolutely love panda express! But recently me and my husband had ordered online to pick up without the long wait.. First experience doing so, perfect! Second experience, was shorted spring rolls and egg rolls. Third time, was almost shorted on spring rolls and egg rolls (husband spoke up when he picked up the order)... Then (same visit) we are eating our dinner and in my beef and broccoli was a big chunk of red bell pepper! To witch I'm allergic! I call the restaurant to voice my concerns, because now I'm having to go to the er due to my allergy and the assistant manager laughed at me! Very disappointed..

The food is always good. The workers try their best to be quick and efficient. Only downside, if you're going for dinner. Try to get there early. The line can get really, really long!

I think everything is great there including the service line...my only complaint is that the noodles are usually barely room temp. I think they would heat them if i asked but they are so busy i  dont ask.

The food is delicious and the employees are very nice and quick. They do an amazing job. I've never had the wrong order or had to wait more then 20 minutes
