I have enjoyed coming here in the past, but today there was a noticeable lack of regard, courtesy, and customer service involving my order that was overcharged and then promptly forgotten about while folks were looking at their phones in the kitchen. The pizza is always quite pleasant, and a good price, but honestly, the customer service was so poor that I am unlikely to return. :(

Ordered a meal and waited over an hour for a simple one item order for about a block away. Poor service wont come back again, you guys lost a faithful customer.

We came in, ordered pizza and kids pasta as well as a sandwich. The pizza was up fast. 45 minutes later 2 people are STILL waiting for food. When I asked how much longer it would be, the girl taking orders said, "I don't know, I can't rush the cook". She's very rude and couldn't care less. I will NEVER eat here again and will be contacting a manager.

I am so disappointed. I have been into the Whitefish location a few times and always had a great experience, both with customer service and the food. I was excited they were opening up a Kalispell location. Two different worlds. The customer service was non existent. There was not even any common courtesy. I had placed an order and was told it would be 45 min-an hour, that's fine, it's Friday night. After waiting an hour and 15 I called to check. Without even asking my name she said they were running behind and my pizza had just left.....ok... So I waited another 45 minutes (I live 7 minutes away even on icy roads). My family did finally receive our order. The driver handed me an incorrect receipt that had someone else's credit card info and name on it. The pizza was old, as it had been sitting for so long. It was warm, but not hot. The toppings were sparse and the crust was so chewy that I just made food instead. Such a night and day experience from the other location.
