Some of the chips I got were pretty stale, and the dining room didn't look very clean. Otherwise food and service was excellent.

Ingredients were fine, food itself was good. BUT YOU NEED SERVING SIZES FOR CERTAIN THINGS! ITS NOT JUST A GUESS FOR THE SERVING SIZES! If you aren’t too lazy perhaps you can invest in serving spoons for things like cheese and rice. The employees were not only giving you a tiny tiny pinch of cheese, like how the hell am I supposed to even TASTE that, but they have a hell of an attitude when you let them know you need MORE than just a milligram of cheese. Instead of asking a second time if they can add more cheese, I just decided to get a side of cheese so I didn’t have to ask these 30 year old girls with the attitude of a 15 year old. When all is said and done, she didn’t even fill up the container for cheese all the way. I had to ask her twice to fill up the tiny cup, and to no surprise, she had an attitude about it. Hope you guys look at your reviews, it was yesterday with a short black haired lady, a red head (she was excellent with customer service), and a blonde lady, who was one of the nastiest people. I felt like telling her, “can you get a better attitude or do they not sell that in Ross anymore?” This took place march 11,2018. Please take care of this.

Great portions, decent price and ultimately better than other chains in town. Training was taking place for new worker but she was friendly. Not packed today and it was still fast as always. No issues with this place.

I LOVE THE FOOD. My boyfriend and I come probably at least once a month. We enjoy having their qdoba awards cards to get a free entree after so many points. 
It seems like they go through a ton of employees. There's almost always a new person working that doesn't always know what they're doing. I've been there so many times that I could tell them exactly what to do and where to get the stuff. There's been a couple times when they'd be out of chips or supplies. There have also been times where there are no other customers there and yet ALL the tables are dirty and there is no clean place to sit. I understand having lunch rushes and what not, but once they're over that's when you clean up and re-stock the drink lids and what not. I will still continue to go there because I love the food and sometimes the service is excellent. But they have some kinks to work through.

The food is great. However, I swung in last night(Wed) about 8:15pm and the front door was locked.  Are they open until 9pm like states on the front door or do they close at 8pm?
