We went on a Sunday with no sports broadcast and no one in the restaurant. We were greeted relatively quick however once drink orders were place we began to wait. We were waiting for two others to arrive but still. While there a 12 top came in and self seated at the bar, they were greeted, but then left after about ten minutes without drinks or anything. By then our food had arrived, no silverware at the table, and my order was wrong. I ordered a black bean burger but it had none of the fixings, waiter said I thought was just the regular one...there is one black bean burger on the menu...It took the length of me to go to the restroom before my burger and silverware arrived. Oh and our drinks were empty a while before we were asked for a refill. Now I don’t write this review not knowing anything about what it’s like to be a server, I did it for about 5 years, it can be stressful at times. But when you have two couples at the bar, and 3 other tables I don’t expect the service to be that bad. I should never have to wait for anything, and I should never see my fellow patrons be ignored. Very poor service and won’t go back unless I’m paid to.

Not sure if I will be returning to this location. When my date and I first arrived, we were not met with any greetings, nor anyone to direct us to a table. That lasted for about 3 minutes until luckily a host noticed us. He was very nice and down to earth but a tad bit forgetful and kind of out of it. Although it was a Friday night, I don't believe that that meant the service should have been sub-par.

Decent place to go and hang out on Tuesdays. They offer 1/2 price wings and draft specials and won't break your budget.

Wings are a little pricey, but the food and atmosphere are good.

The food is fine, you just have to wait two hours to get it, and another two to find a server to pay so you can leave. Seriously, I tried ordering online because you can pick a pickup time and it's supposed to be ready when you walk in -- I still had to wait 30 for them to actually bring the food out. I love wings, but I just can't handle the time investment this place requires.
