Great service and great food! Fries were a bit salty for my taste but the hubs disagreed and said they were the best fries. We brought our daughter who is 3 and she had a blast! This Dave & Buster's is part of the mall which is very convenient. Play, eat and play more.

The service awareness is subhuman. If I could give a half star it would be gracious. I was born in Dallas and grew up with Dave and Buster's from its culmination. This is beyond an abhorrent failure... Close up shop and start over somewhere else. Chalk it up as a loss. And the manager with a badge and white shirt walking around like everything is fine should no longer be paid. There's no reason to pay someone who does nothing. You sir, suck on an exclusively superior level. 12/21/2017 8:30pm. Don't just give workers, hire leaders. 😚

First time going tonight. Walked up to the counter that you go to, to be seated and the lady says "the areas with grey are first come first serve, if you can find a table and it isn't clean come tell me and I'll get someone to clean it. If you don't find a table it's a 20-30 minute wait." ....so I've never been to a Dave and busters in my life so I'm like okay cool I guess. Me and my boyfriend go find a table it has plates and food so he goes and gets the lady I sit down and no one ever comes to clean it after he told her...waitor comes we tell him about the dirty plates and tables and he says "I guess the bust boy didn't clean it I'll get someone to get this stuff" he left no one ever came. He brings us our drinks and we order our food he doesn't take the plates or anything they continue to sit at the end of the table where I pushed them too...(gross right) he took a extra long time to bring us the food and never refilled our drinks until we paid...and the plates still sat there. Since we're nice we tipped and it's funny because he took our plates we ate off of but still left the other used plates from whoever was before us...other then that terrible time the food was wonderful, over priced but good! And the games aren't too pricey. Don't know if I'll eat there again though

A night out with the girls started great but went down hill quickly when it took 2 hours to get our food and drinks and on top of that the good was burnt. But that all turned around when the most awesome manager I've ever had the pleasure of talking to have us our food and drinks on the house and gave us free plays for the arcade!! It was the BEST girls night I've had in a LONG time. I would, WILL go back again, again, and again. Thank you Aaron for the awesome service and taki n care of me and my girls!

First time going here drove about 2 hours away with a party of 20 mostly kids. After being told there'll be an hour wait for a table we just decide to play games til the table was available. After an hour we were seated it took 20 minutes to place half the party drink order and another 20 minute to place the rest of the party drink order because the waitress disappeared .After about 20 more minutes and a complaint it took the manager who i must say was very cool and helpful and the reappearing waitress finally took our order and surprisingly the food and drinks was very good. The helpful manager added to the kids card and and gave the birthday boy 1000 tickets. Awesome manager weak staff but will go back
