HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I GUESS THEY JUST DECIDE WHEN THEY WANT TO CHARGE GRATUITY WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE. WHEN ASKED THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING IN HIS RESPONSE. HE RESPONDED " I SEE 6 PEOPLE, SHE IS A HUMAN ISN'T SHE" , WHEN REFERENCING TO A 1YR OLD BABY. I WANT TO ENCOURAGE OTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY NOT TO PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE AND WE AS PAYING CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TOLERATE UNPROFESSIONALISM . WOULD YOU CONTINUE TO SEE A DR. THAT WAS RUDE TO YOU? WOULD YOU CONTINUE TO ALLOW SOMEONE TO STYLE YOUR HAIR IF THEY CONSTANTLY MADE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL COMMENTS ABOUT THE TEXTURE AND LENGTH OF YOUR HAIR?  I HAVE SENT OUT AN EMAIL TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE BUT STILL NO CALL. I WONDER HOW CONCERNED THEY ARE ABOUT THE BUSINESS??????

Food was delicious! The drinks are great.But as you continue to order drinks they seem to forget the garnish on the drinks.came to the resturant at about 10:30 and it was extremely dirty.

Great wings, service was a little slow but they were busy. Not bad!

AWFUL waited outside to take our order for 40 minutes. Walked by and waited on other people. Had to leave because it was so bad. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Atmosphere was so loud you couldn't talk. I'd rather eat out of a garbage can. Very dirty food all over the floor smelled of sweat and burnt food.

Count your wings before you leave if you order carry out. I've been shorted on wing count multiple visits. Called store each time and was always credited for missing wings but nonetheless a hassle.
