SO disappointed with the service tonight. Firstly, the restaurant was messy with food left on tables around us and scattered around the floor. The restroom was littered with paper and trash cans were overflowing. When we ordered, two of the five orders in our group were incorrect. The waitress offered little help other than to have those two wait and watch the rest of us eat while they waited for their meals. Additionally, it was my birthday, yet the waitress did not allow me to use a free burger coupon because I had not had the app for longer than 24 hours. This led to three entrees bring returned to the kitchen total. Our waitress also failed to inform a guest in our party of an up charge for a gluten free bun. How unprofessional. WE THEN WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR THE WAITRESS TO BRING OUR CHECKS. It would be worth mentioning that the restaurant had maybe 5/6 other tables, which other waiters/waitresses were attending to, so it's not as if our waitress was swamped with duties.

It was an awesome meal. The team worked together exceptional well. It was a busy day in here but you couldn't because the service was great.
