Great staff, great food, great atmosphere. Instantly greeted upon arrival. Even on busy nights the hosts seat as efficiently as possible. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable. Food arrives relatively quickly despite the fact the restaurant is packed and steaks can take awhile to cook. Food tastes great and is almost always cooked right, but to err is human. If it's not right, a polite mention to the server is all that's needed to remedy the situation. They'll quickly take the meal back to the kitchen and a manager will bring out the correction when it's done, ensuring everything goes smoothly. Everyone appears to genuinely want you to have an enjoyable time. Almost forgot to mention the bar drinks. Their margaritas are awesome and inexpensive given how much you get. Just an all around great place.

Brandi was an awesome hostess, and my Outlaw was cooked just as I requested. My salad was double the size that I'm used to. For dessert, I'm usually faithful to the chocolate lava cake; but I'm glad that Brandi talked me into the Strawberry Shortcake which was awfully tall and very good! The cleanliness of the restuarant including the bathroom is notable. And the size and cut of my steak made my trip well worth it.

We had a terrible experience. I have not been there in years. Waitress brought the salad, but didn't bring out one of the soups. After a longer time than usual the food came, and no soup. Mashed potatoes were cold, steak was cooked perfect, but cold, ribs were cold, they took them back and seemed they brought them right back out. I thought it was a fresh rack, but she said they were the same ones?! Asked to see the manager, but he was working the front and only came just before we left. He was the only one to apologize. He took off out appetizer, and the ribs, gave us a coupon for a free appetizer next time we came. There are so many other choices, a free appetizer will not bring me back in.

It's always so busy here, we did have a large party but it was early evening Sunday and we waited a little over an hour. The host kept stating they were out of their bread, almost like he was trying to convince people to leave. We ended up getting bread anyway even after waiting so long. We waited quite a bit of time for our food but I understand because it's busy. However, my salmon was pretty dry and bland. The appetizers we got were delicious though. Overall, it's fine, just nothing fantastic. It's a chain steakhouse that is too busy for the size of the space. I'm sure I will be back though

Excellent food and the waitress we had was very nice and stayed on top of keeping our drinks full. This was our first time here and I have nothing but nice things to say about this restaurant. The wait for a table was not bad maybe 5 to 10 min and we were seated and we came at the supper time rush.
