I came here a year ago and it was horrific. Not only was the food second no make that third rate, the service was really bad.  REALLY BAD. Well, I received a gift card so back I went. I'm happy to report nothing has changed. My guess is the management could careless because they have a lot of bad reviews. Over cooked meat, both the wings and the sandwich. Fries maybe fried in old oil? Just bad all around.

Great food and good service! I love the selection of flavors! I wish the seasonal flavors would be better stocked. They never last very long, but they continue their promotions of them.

Totally unnecessarily confrontational service. The waitress was offended because I ordered wings by numbers instead of the size thing. She had to cut me off to educate me the correct way to order. Really? I suppose I didn't forget to use the magic words when ordering food. I've been to the chain numerous times for the food, atmosphere, and service. I'll still go to the chain but for this location it's certainly my last.

Update: half of the wings were overcooked and dry, one almost carbonated. Have to change from 2 stars to 1 star.

Out of all of the Buffalo Wild Wings locations I've been to, this one was the most disappointing. The wings taste great and the pricing is normal, like any other Bdubs. The wait time is pretty long most of the time, but that can be understanding; however, last time I went, I waited for a seat for over 20 minutes only to have people who came in after me to get a seat first.

The only thing that varies the most is the waiter service. Each time we've gone to this location, they have messed up our order. We even types up our order on his phone to make sure there is no mistake and shows it to our waiter, but they still mess it up. Now I know sometimes the mistakes are due to the kitchen staff and the waiters have to take the heat for it, but when we notify the waiters of the mistake, sometimes they roll their eyes or don't assist the problem like they should. 

Once they fix their service problem, I believe ratings will increase, but until then this is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location that I've been to.

Good place to visit at late night. Food came out in reasonable time. Server was very nice and the manager checked on us. The place was a little bit cold to me and I think it's because I didn't drink alcohol.
