We were seated quickly and our food came quickly. It was really yummy, though nothing out of the ordinary for sides. The sauces were very delicious. My only complaint is that the size of the sides are really small and only some of the meals come with them. Like a sandwich doesn't have any sides, you have to pay extra. But it was good food and good service.

Fast service, incredible taste, great price for how much food you are given. At our last visit we had the smoked turkey, marbled brisket, and ribs. I highly recommend the brisket and turkey. For sides, we got macaroni & cheese and baked beans - the beans were very tomato-y and the mac&cheese was pretty bland. I didn't love either of them and would definitely try different sides next time. However, the service was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. I recommend getting a bottle of their sauce to take home - it tastes great on paninis!

We were seated promptly by a very nice young man that listened to our needs and was very helpful. Our waitress was polite, knew the menu and made informed suggestions on what to order. The turkey was amazing. The pulled pork was very bland and lacked much flavor. The combo appetizer was good - some of the best "wings" I have ever had, but the "burnt tips" were dry and chewy. Once we got our food, we did not see our waitress again until she brought the check about a half hour later. No additional water or drinks were offered or refilled so negative points for lack of follow up. All and all, a good experience but the pulled pork and burnt tips weren't the best. We have had much better at other places. I do think it depends upon your expectations. To each his own.... enjoy:)

Terrific BBQ and had my to-go order perfect. The person I brought the meal to doesn't particularly like chicken but LOVED SugarHouse BBQ chicken, stated he would order it again. He loved Everything I brought him, a Rib, quarter chicken, Collard (?) Greens and Jambalaya. There were so many options I didn't know what his preference would be so I took him something of everything and not one thing did he like more than another as he enjoyed All of it. With first bite of his salad with the house Garlic vinaigrette to the last bite of cornbread.

Got a table fast and parking easy, so two stars for that. Disappointing otherwise, and I won't be back. Ribs were dry and chewy from being reheated too many times, not very flavorful. Wings were a little better. There's service, but have low expectations. We were virtually ignored in a nearly empty restaurant. I had a To Go order that they gave to me cold. One of the servers was hesitant to go back to the kitchen to ask them to remake my order. I was polite, but she was not. If we had better service, we would have ordered more beer, cocktails, maybe dessert, and overlooked the mediocre food. Instead, I'm telling people to stay away.
