One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. Would give zero stars except bartender was friendly while I waited 42 minutes on site for an order called in earlier! Tried to get my money back after 30 minutes without success. Then they tried to give me someone else's order. Then they 'found' my order (cold) which had been processed with elapsed time of 6 minutes 12 seconds of being called in, according to the ticket. No attempt at service recovery. Will be getting my wings from someplace that cares about service and quality in the future.

My family and I used to eat here all the time, but over the past year and a half the quality of the food has gone down tremendously. I figured I'd give it another chance tonight, but my Honey BBQ Chicken Wrap tasted more like Chinese food than it did a chicken wrap. I let my mother try it and even she agreed it tasted like Chinese. If you want good food, you need to go over to Eastwood Rd Buffalo Wild Wings.

Great atmosphere for co-workers to get together. Sports options are great, lots of TV's.

The bar is poorly managed and the food is not prepared fresh. They will serve anyone alcohol until they almost fall off the stool. One time we were there and the female bartender and a drunk female patron made a racist attack on my wife and literally put a glass full of pond scum and bacteria in dirt in front of her and when I called the manager over there they refused to do anything. Avoid this place!

Excellent. Has been my favorite place in town for past 10 years. Both food and service is has always been awesome.
