I eat there about once a week and always get great service but I guess some staff don't care as much as others about the food they serve.  My hash browns and sausage where burned bad. I though they could do better with a simple waffle but I guess not. It was too hard and half was split. I left it open to show that it was unacceptable. I almost left a penny for a tip  but I work in the food service industry so I left more. I hope next time is better.

Stopped by waffle house for lunch. I asked if they could pepper my over easy eggs while being cooked. And he did so. The cooks today were fantastic.

We stopped here for lunch because my son wanted Waffle House and it was great.  The food was really good and the waitresses were super friendly and very helpful.  We asked about where we should go for the day and they gave up many suggestions and even drew us a map.
