They always get my substitutions correct. And the food is hot. When I ask for 15 hot sauce packets they give me 15 hot sauce packets.

What horrible awful customer service! I will never support this Taco Bell again and that really stinks. I love directly across the street and have given them many chances to change this. It's just an awfully place, almost everyone that works there has given attitude tonight when they told me they had no beef in the restaurant and I asked for beans in the taco that came with my meal they refused and were so rude I was scared of my food afterwards..... it's very obvious they hire uneducated incompetent employees watch out for your tacos people!

I was sick for almost two days. Soggy bread. Meat taste old. Love there old reciepe better. Will never eat another taco bell ever.

Love the food. VERY fastly driven with effienicy and convenience. IN my personal opinion it's A lot more convenient than Chipotle.
