Had a really good Prime Rib. Baked potato all the way was really tasty. You can get just about any steak you want. The soft hot rolls they bake there is something to come for if nothing else!!

Today's experience at Texas Roadhouse was like no other, thanks to our server Alana. She did an outstanding job. The service that we've received in the past was always mediocre and that is why we always opted to order out. I'm glad we met Alana today. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure we had an excellent experience. She is a true professional and I will always ask for her when my family and I return. Because of her we were in and out within 30 minutes. Our steaks were perfect. She couldn't have done a better job. Keep up the good work and thank you for the experience.

The only reason I am giving more than 1 star is because the waitress was nice. The food was alright. But we were put on a small table where i plates could barely fit, granted we could have asked to move. It took like 45 minutes for our food to arrive and we didn't even have silverware, but the waitress explained that they run out sometimes so that's not her fault.

Pros: Food is almost always wonderful. Staff is pretty fast about getting your dishes out to you. Decently priced, tastes better than more expensive steak places. (Looking at you Longhorn steakhouse & Salt Grass!) Cons: This place has problems with AC so is kinda uncomfortable to sit here until you get your drinks. CUT OFF the line dances, it's annoying. It's ok for the first time but you just get a blast of music when you're trying to converse with your family. No one is really watching the line dance, the staff aren't really into it. Change the policy please for the love of God.

Used to be my favorite place to go but it seems that there has been a change in management. I placed an order over the phone and was told that it would be ready in 20 min. I got there and it was not ready but was told to sit and they would call me. 20 more minutes went by and no one came to get us. I went to find out where my food was and it was sitting on the counter getting cold. I checked the order for accuracy and saw that the side of smothered mushrooms was missing. I informed the cashier who radioed a young lady. The young lady came by and asked that I produce a detailed receipt of the items I ordered after the cashier just verified it on the register. She made the cashier look up the order to prove that I was not lying. She then proceeded to ask me again about what I paid for. This made me very upset and I explained to her that I paid for smothered mushrooms and got nothing. You would think that if a customer just paid a 100 dollar take out tab that they would gladly add a 2 dollar container that was missing from the order. It's all about professionalism and customer service . This young lady is not in the right position. Texas Roadhouse fix this before you loose more customers.
