Every time we visit, our experience has been good. So far, the people taking the order inside have done a good job; most have even read our order back to us and got them right. Coffee seems to always be good. Food have always been hot. Most often, the fries are golden brown and just perfect. The dining area is most of the time clean. The beverage station almost always have the Sweet & Unsweetened Tea containers, along with all the other beverages, and is kept clean and well-stocked. Bathrooms are decent. Parking has never been a problem. Our drive-thru experience has been a smooth one as well. This location, being inside the Brazos Town Center, is right next to other restaurants and shops.

Restaurant was mostly clean. Ordering w mobile app was processed fairly quickly. Did not get cups for drinks. Had to ask for them. Was quizzed didn't I already get them when I ordered. Um...you just called mobile order #, therefore you know that This is my first visit to the counter...clue, mobile order.

Then tried the buttermilk chicken sandwich and added cheese. They forgot the cheese. The sandwich was so old n hard n cold, it must have been cooked for several hours. Very disappointing. Nothing like Chic filet.

Litteraly got have of my order wrong. Only reason all my order wasn't wrong is because they shorted me half of it . Get a clue people!!

Customer service is always sad. Lines move fast but always mess up the order so you just have to run back inside.

The crew always seems to get my order wrong and yesterday we saw a small German cockroach running around in the dining area.. :(
