The chain is known for great food and an even better atmosphere, but this location was just not like any other I had been to. It had more a feeling of a Chuck E Cheese with all the kids running around and the quality of the food was just not there. Again, kind of like eating pizza from Chuck E Cheese when you ordered Papa John's. I will never go back to this location. I will drive down the road a little ways to the next one.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this place. The service was great. My kids and I were grerted at the door and then seated ASAP. Our server greeted us as soon as we sat down and told us he would be right with us. We got our drinks fast and our appetizer fast. The server offered the best size wings for my kids and I so I wouldnt have to get more than needed. He made the best choice we saved a ton of money. We all enjoyed our time.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Went in for dinner with my wife and in laws and it was ABDOLUTELY HORRIBLE. We went to this Buffalo Wild Wings because the one on 151 was closed due to plumbing issues. We were initially put on a wait. We were a 6 top with 2 babies, when we looked over the "wall" tables were available just dirty. Hostess cleaned pretty quickly, although the floor was not swept. Our server (Audrey) was good; our drinks were never low. We got our appetizer cold, but quick so I dudnt think much of it. Once we placed our order, about three other tables were sat around us. We waited a whole HOUR to get our food AFTER the people around us were served and just about done eating. Our food came out COLD. All of it cold (as in I would be comfortable feeding it straight from the kitchen to my 8 month old baby cold) My wife spoke with a manager who assured her our food was not siting there... he "discounted" our entire order and remade all of it. Since we waited so long, we decided to just get our full order to go. We paid the balance on our tab, got home to be disappointed YET AGAIN. My daughter's children's mac and cheese was not there. My wife called the restaurant, just to be told by "manager" David B. He did "the best he could". He could not refund us for the meal instead gave us a BS credit for a restaurant we will never visit again. I will be calling the restaurant again tomorrow. Tip for Audrey; go somewhere your work will be amplified instead of this crap restaurant.

Our experience was underwhelming the this location. Boneless wings were cold, traditional wings were not trimmed of fat, we were seated at a dirty table, Mac n cheese not cooked through (hard noodles) and our server walked by several times without refilling out drinks, even looked at us too and kept walking. Manager David did give us 42% off our meal and stated "he will be giving redirection tonight". Hopefully so. Waitress attitude turned to crap after we talked to manager. Never had these issues at other BWWs. Hopefully this location can get their act together.

Our service was excellent Jasmine was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make my daughters birthday complete. The only thing that could be better is the time it takes to get the food, but that's always been an issue with me and Buffalo Wild Wings.
