I went here around 10, 2 weeks ago. Marco welcomed us with such great attitude, and he sat us to a table. But there was no one available to take our orders, so Marco stepped in to take them while being a host and he did fantastic! Also the food didn’t take long, but the star man was Marco! I’m thankful he worked that day and will come back again!

Service was excellent, food was not hot and the fries were cold. Waiter did however bring us fresh fries. Not a bad place but definitely needs work in the kitchen to make sure food is fresh and hot not cold.

They are always slow to take your dine-in order and slow (30 minutes) to bring out the food. Almost every time I have gone, they have been out of one or more beers that my friends and I wanted to order. The servers are unable to answer basic questions about the menu. You're lucky if you get to see your server again after you get your food. We ordered nachos once, and it was supposed to come with beef, but there was so little beef, that I could hardly believe it. There was practically no cheese either. The nachos were 90% lettuce. Their boneless chicken wings are good. That is this location's only saving grace.

My waiter lied and told me that BWW's 'pints' come in 12oz glasses, after I called him out for lying about what the best happy hour deal was. And even worse, they tried adding $5 extra to my original tip (which is illegal). The staff always rub me the wrong way at this location and the service is always slow.

The service here is insanely depressing. The interactions are friendly enough, but the knowledge, efficiency, speed and satisfaction are possibly the worst I have ever experienced. The food is as expected, but the experience of dining here is absolutely awful. Take the drive to another location if you are truly craving Buffalo Wild Wings. Unless you are incredibly (and I mean incredibly) patient with lowest of low expectations. Then, this place might work for you since it is quite slow and very spacious, so catching an event here on TV might be worthwhile.
