I've always loved Noodles and Company. The food is fantastic and staff at most locations are very friendly. This location has been an anomaly for me, however. I've been here twice and the food is still incredible, but the staff, not so much. The first time, they were just aloof and unfriendly. The second time, I ordered my food to go, and they messed up my order...twice! No apologies were given; I just had to wait while the food was remade. This chain is one of my favorite places to eat, but if you want to experience Noodles and Company for what it really is, I don't think you'll find that experience here in Edina.

My small side of buttered noodles had 20 total noodles in it. 20. For $7.50. 

My meal cost was $15, the Cesar Salad had a decent portion but 20 noodles? Really? 

I knew I should’ve gone to the Chipotle (and I will, from now on) across the parking lot. 

The lady delivering my food even looked embarrassed when I asked “that’s it? And how much did I pay?” as the food arrived. Yet, she did nothing to explain why there were so few. 

Incredibly frustrating. Maybe if I had paid $10 for the order, but not $15. 

Was a big fan of this location for the past 4-5 years but they have lost my business.

One of things that I love about this Noodles & Company location is how friendly and polite the staff are. They always have good recommendations if you can't choose just one item from the expansive menu. Excellent food, customer service, and atmosphere!

I have loved noodles but lately (tonight as well) the food has been so dry customer service is great but food has been less than my last 6 visiits, maybe time to find another place to dine...
