Fast service with quick food. When you want wings it hits the spot! Store manger and general manager came asking if I was doing o okay. That’s awesome.

Previous visit to BWW was so negative I swore I would never go again.   My wife convinced me to give the franchise a 2nd chance, at a different location.   I was very happy with this location.  From walk in the door to served my food was under 6 minutes.  I was given napkins and wet wipes with my wings.  When I was ready for the check, Katelyn immediately made eye contact.    Overall she is an excellent server.

I ranked a 4, for two reasons.   Franchise inconsistency.  This location stellar, Hammond location abysmal.  What will the next be like?  Price.  25$ for medium wings and a tea.  Good quality food, I could have done better elsewhere

If I could give it no stars I was but not only did I explain it to 1 waiter but 2 I wanted traditional bone in wing's combo and my daughter orders wanted boneless chicken wing combo with a extra side of Mac and cheese.  They bring me out half bone in and half boneless combo and they bring my daughter just mac and cheese.  How the hell could y'all screw that up. The look on the waiter face when I asked where is my daughter's was over the top. I asked my 16 year old daughter did I not explain it good enough.  She said o yes twice.  So when they bring my daughter's food out guess what yep half boneless half bone in combo . So yeah never ever comeing here again EVER!!!!

Stopped in they weren't busy. The food came quick. The waitress was fantastic. The food was delicious.

The food was overpriced for the quality. This most certainly isn't my first choice to go for wings.
