Don't order anything with roux. They don't know the difference between dark roux and burned roux. This has been my experience on more than 2 occasions.  Their boiled foods tend to be slightly overcooked. All in all it is too much money for the quality of food. You can get better food for cheaper prices elsewhere. And if you are in the mood for something more sophisticated other restaurants fit the bill. Don't recommend. I will say that the wait staff has been mostly on the ball. Only one weird experience.

Waitress very nice. Food was average. Ordered seafood platter. Hush puppy was burnt. Shrimp were ok.  Fried oysters were greasy. Fish was best part of order. Atmosphere was nice thou. Wasn't to busy for order to not have been prepared better.

My 4 friends and I all had the Seafood Platter Tuesday night specials. Food was great. Service was excellent. Our server was very attentive to our special requests.

I did not enjoy my night here at all. The service was horrible!! We ordered a dozen of oysters as an appetizer and got them about 30 minutes after we finished eating our main entree. It took nearly an hour to get a beer we ordered from the bar. The portion size was very small compared to other similar seafood restaurants. I ordered the seafood combo and the only tastee item on the plate was the shrimp. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Friday night supper alone. Sat at the bar and got my half dozen oyster appetizer fast. Ordered the ribeye with mushrooms and sauteed shrimp...also came out very quickly.  It was a most wonderful meal! Prepared like i asked and an attentive staff. My first time there.....I'll be back and I highly recommend it.
