The food and service is great at this Chili's. Never have been disappointed with either. The service is kind, helpful and quick. The food is delicious and at a reasonable price. You never wait long for your order and so many options to choose from. I definitely recommend this Chili's.

My wife, friends, and I visited New Orleans for the weekend and chose to stop in by Chili's on the way home. The girl seating us said she could take our order until our server was available. We put in our orders. One of my friends is a strict vegan, and ordered the veggie fajitas with no blue cheese and fried cauliflower with no cheese. I ordered a plan bacon burger with no cheese. Well the order taker was rushing is to put in orders, never confirmed the order, and the orders all came with cheese. All of the orders were sent back yet that was the last of the cauliflower, so he requested fried broccoli. That order came back with the order not fully cooked. Eventually he ordered some steamed broccoli. So both the ability to get an order right and the initial customer service needs serious work. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings back home in Lafayette and the server read the order back twice to ensure accuracy and tried to anticipate needs. She never rushed us at any moment. That's what customer service should be.

Sky was excellent!!! Very hospitable to our family. When appetizer came out she brought the little ones food out so she didn't have to wait to eat. 👍👍👍food came out in a timely manner hot and fresh. Thank you Sky for making our vacation dining great

I love chili's but when i place my order it says it takes about 20 minutes before order is ready. I stay around the corner so I was there for 10 minutes giving them time. All i ordered was 2 loaded fries full size and it wss cold. Fries tasted like its been sitting there but only the cheese wss warm on both
