Mike was fantastic to work with! He kept to the timeline and would text my husband and I every step of the way. We were almost always aware of who was coming when. His bid was very clear and at the end it showed details of all the upgrades and credits. We finished our basement and the final product was amazing. The workers he used were nice and the quality of everything was really great. We would recommend Mike to anyone and we plan to use him again for another project at our home.

My project was a 12 X 16 room addition. Being a single female, I had some concerns about being taken advantage of. After deciding to contract with them I became aware of work they had previously provided for a close friend, who assured me of their honesty, integrity and superior workmanship. My only complaint was regarding one of their subs, but my complaint was immediately addressed and resolved. I liked that I was assigned a contact person who was in constant communication with me regarding each phase of the project, and end of day reports. I always knew what to expect going in to each day. I highly recommend Building Dynamics for your project, no matter the size. I feel like they treated my small project as if it were as much of a priority to them as it was to me.

Dave was the absolute epitome of customer service, and his willingness to consistently meet deadlines on time and provide excellent quality creates an outstanding reputation for Building Dynamics. Our experience with Dave was so seamless that when we are looking for further investment properties in Utah, the first thing we will be doing is going to the Building Dynamics website to view current projects as they will have priority over other possible properties. The willingness to do whatever was needed to make our home perfect for *us*, and quality materials as STANDARD, really sets them apart from other builders.

Contacted six construction companies through Home Adviser for a basement finishing job. Three responded, one showed up. Building Dynamics....... Building Dynamics listened to our needs and provided a prompt reasonable quote. The construction started quickly and after considering whether I wanted to paint and deal with the flooring, we added on to the original bid. We had Building Dynamics do it all. Framing, Electrical, Sheet Rock, (Mud, Tape, Finish), Paint, and Flooring. All of the Sub-Contractors that came to our home were very courteous and professional. The job is complete and we really did not have any disruption in our daily lives. Mike Irving, Project Manager responded every time I contacted him. He kept us informed of the schedule and any changes to that schedule. This company is the real deal. I see their signs in the sub-divisions that they have built and are currently building. To be able to have a full time home construction company, work a small job with their professionals, is an absolute bonus. I trust their work and I have asked Building Dynamics to bid another project for me. Mark Roberts

The house turned out as planned and on time. Dave was unfailingly good humored, level-headed, punctual, and kind. It was a pleasure to build with him. I'd be more than happy to do it again.
