The electrical plan reviewer is amazing! He went above and beyond!!  Thank you for making the process of pulling a permit easy! Every city should take notes from the City of Coconut Creek!!

Ms. Touhsant Catherine's best customer service, always whiling to go overboard to help and resolve issues fast; she help us in the whole process to have the permit approved most quickly.  The only thing that they need to improve is the inspection system. They don't give you a time frame and is impossible to communicate with the inspectors directly.

When calling the city to get inspection time frames you have to call them between 730-800 am but if your transferred and inspector does not pick up you must keep calling relentlessly because at 8:01 they will tell you that you had to call between that time frame.  I don't understand if the inspector can provide a time frame between 7:30 and 8:00 why can't they leave that list so the clerk's can provide service to the community.

I find them very helpful. They always answer my questions and when they aren’t able to do it right away, they gave called me back. They try to protect the residents’ interest, especially as it relates to dealing with contractors.

This Building department is fast and efficient. The employees are always courteous and have a smile on their face.

You can't give a 5 star at once no room for later
