Some people shouldn't work in customer service. Just rude. Only reason I have 2 stars is because the security guard was nice.

Yesterday, I went to this location to see what happened to the replacement card I paid for in early November. I was to receive this card within 2weeks. It is almost March, and I have yet to receive my card. The woman I spoke with continued to cut me off, had no clue what I was asking for, and insisted on giving me another form, as to file for the replacement card again. Um, no. Listen. If she would’ve just listened, she would’ve understood that all I want is for them to re-send a card that they already processed. There was language barrier, partial rudeness and the woman was impartial to listening because she thought she knew what she was talking about. Awful service because I sat with an idiot.

One old lady with glasses who works in the second window discriminated against my boyfriend. Took one look at his background and said she couldn't help him.  Even though he had the proper identification he needed to get a replacement. She even added with his background he wouldn't get hired for his job (even though they passed his background check and hired him, just needed to get his SS card sorted out.) We went to another social security office, on commercial and 31st, and was able to get a replacement with no problems. Don't go to the Margate location unless you want bad customer service.

Asked security katz at the front desk about a naturalization document that an officer at this facility did not return to me.He in the rudest manner and most deplorable costumer service I have ever witnessed informed me that the office would not have a document that i had"lost" in the office. I tried to explain to him that i had not technically lost it and he became so irate stating that my attitude in explaining that the document was not lost wont help him to query further about it.My husband then asked if there was a lost and found he informed us that there was none then called a manager who said he would check their lost and found.Of course five minutes after the guard informed us it was not found.This individual is certainly not the image that this office needs to project its standard especially seeing that this office is supposed to deal with varied individuals on an everyday basis. I gave you a one star but really all you deserve is a zero.

being a 10 year veteran of the Marines I can't believe how this female rent a cop treats people including me.she's supposed to be ex military herself.I don't know where she got her training from but she needs to be terminated.
