My postman stopped delivering the mail to my apartment building because a lock is defective, but never bothered telling us what post office to pick our mail up at. My crappy office didn't know so I've called the two closest. Coral Springs said they don't deliver to my zip code. Now, I've been trying to call the Margate, FL post office for 2 days and no one picks up, when I call the toll free number I'm told the wait is over 2 hours long.

This Post Office delays some packages, they often do not scan the mail that you drop at their location. They often keep the mail that you ship through them for a few days and and only after 2-3 days it gets scanned at that Post Office and then it starts moving forward. Multiple packages like that. When I tried to talk to supervisor about that, he was very ignorant, just denied everything and ran away. It used to be much better half a year ago and before. On the back of the Post Office instead of scanning and packages there often a few employees just sitting on the bench and chilling because they think nobody can see them.
