A trip to the DMV is expected to be a nightmare for the average Joe. Recently, there seems to have been a boom in demand for service, and service has been found to be lacking. 

On the past 2 occasions I've gone to the DMV, the line was out the door. There must have been at least 20 people standing patiently waiting their chance at assistance. Having learned by the strict mentor, experience, I had scheduled an appointment for 11:45 AM. While I thought I could come inside and file into the appointment line, I was denied entry at the door! I got to the DMV about as often as I go to nightclubs, but they've always let me in! 

To my surprise, the others in line started to join and say "he has an appointment!" Eventually, the doors opened again, and I was admitted. 

The check-in process was smooth and seamless. Thank the Lord I got there when I did, because shortly after I sat down, both the walk-in & appointment Agents stepped away for a break. I get it, we all need about 10 minutes here and there, and we know you can have someone cover the stations during that time. 

I got my ticket No. 190 at 11:19 AM, and was finally called up around 12:00 PM. This process was actually quite pleasant, and there was a very polite and helpful bald gentleman whose name I didn't catch, but was a saving grace. 

I proceeded to the cashier who was a very pleasant gentleman as well. Checkout was swift, and left the DMV with my renewed license at 12:17 PM. 

Overall, it was a pretty average DMV trip.

Best DMV in the area. Very professional staff. Wednesday probably best day to go. I was in and out quickly with minimal hassle. Ideal place to renew your license, since you can't do it online. If you're a thin skinned, sensitive, fuss budget- brace yourself! Just go with the flow and try to love your fellow man! You'll probably live longer!

Without a doubt the best DMV I've ever been to. Showed up at 7:30am to get in line for a new drivers license without an appointment. Had my original birth certificate, current license, Social security card and mail with my name and address on it. They opened up at 8am and and I was out at 8:30am with my new license in hand. Do some research before you go make sure you have what you need and get there a little early and it will be a breeze.

We had an Absolute nightmare experience at this DMV location. My daughter made an apt. For her drivers test. We showed up on time for our scheduled apt. and still waited over 2 1/2 hours before we left with her license in hand. Unfortunate for us, we failed to look closely at the license until we got back home.  The morons who work there issued her another learners permit and not an actual license. We had to go back the next morning. We arrived 20 minutes befor the doors opened. You’d think since they made a mistake they would quickly fix the problem and issues her the correct license. NOT the case!! They made us wait in line outside with everyone else. We then waited in a line inside and were issued a number to sit and wait again!! It’s Policy they said. Is it also policy to issue an incorrect license?! I understand mistakes happen; however, there is a correct way to handle them. The employees are obviously incompetent.

Fast, efficient, professional, very friendly and no line. Thank you for your work! It took 15 mins no to renew my drivers license. I highly recommend this place over other DMVs.
