This place is changing my life. In the last 3 months since I've joined, ive lost 25lbs, built muscle, look younger and feel great. It's hard. Very hard. But the community here and the coaches are awesome and are really there for you.

I've been going to Bull Run CrossFit for a few months now, and I absolutely love the place. Challenging workouts, exceptional coaching, and a great community. All of my fellow athletes share their experience and provide constant encouragement. Highly recommend BRCF! It has changed my life.

I am very proud to be a member at Bull Run CrossFit/Raise the Bar. There is no other gym that can compare to the knowledge and support that they offer. Very upbeat atmosphere, great equipment, and flexible class schedules for everyone. Everyday is like having your own personal trainer dedicated to your nutrition, strength, and well being.

BRCF is a great facility. Coaches are top notch and willing to work with everyone to achieve their goals. The community is what allows individuals to push harder through encouragement and a team environment. This is a great place to realize your goals whatever they may be.
