Raise the Bar was established in 2011 with the sole purpose of helping people reclaim their health and fitness. The magic at RtB isn’t just in the workouts (although they’re pretty great too). Our secret-sauce is in the community, accountability, and nutritional doctrines that support a healthy lifestyle.
Now before you say “I’m not ready for a place like that” you should know. Most of our people are just like you. Our average age is between 30-55 even though we have early 20’s and mid 60’s working out with us too. We can modify all workout movements to accommodate anyone that brings desire and heart with them to class.
Our programming is challenging but FUN. We believe you need to put in the time to get the results. We are firm believers in the 5-day per week exercise model. Getting you healthy is the top priority.
