Stopped here as a church group. Service was very unprofessional. Cashier was rude . When one of our group told her that the order on his tray was wrong she threw another tray on the counter and said well divide it like you want too! I called the corporate office and reported our experience. Was told that I would receive a call back. Over 3 weeks and still waiting for a call. The rude person's name was Ilona. As a group of seniors from our church, we didn't appreciate your rudeness to our group and especially my pastor's wife when she asked a simply question. Will not be visiting the establishment again. And also thanks to the corporate office for keeping your word. Not very good customer service on your part either. Oh and by the way, I know what customer service is . I worked in retail for years.

If there was a zero star that's what ya'll deserve , sorry not sorry. After a long hard day serving at work I came here to get something quick to eat. Let me just tell you I LOVE HAIR IN MY BBQ CHICKEN BACON SANDWHICH! Thank you so much, I guess I forgot saying hold the lettuce but add hair. It really is just the cherry on top to my great day. I am not one to complain but Jesus, where's your hat, where's the hair net? Why are you shedding short thin blonde hair into the food I paid for. You had one job.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and an iced coffee. Burger was good. The coffee was old, bitter, and gritty. Most places offer a decent cup of Joe. This isn't one of them.

The brown curly headed girl working Sunday night around 9:55 pm of Labor Day weekend was the rudest BK employee I have ever encountered in my life.. My family was walking into the dining room while I parked my vehicle and went to walk into the restaurant to follow. This young lady met me at the door and proceeded to push the door in my face and hit my arm while saying "The dining room is now closed sir!". After being treated like a stray cat walking in off of the street, I politely begged the staff member could I please join my family. She just said so heartlessly, "No Sir, the policy is the dining room is closed for the evening!". She then proceeded to laugh and smirk as I turned to walk back to my vehicle trying to explain to my wife why we could not have dinner together at what used to be my FAVORITE fast food chain. I hung my head in disbelief that BK would ever let my family down in such a drastic manner. We drove to the Golden Arches down the street to order from the drive through.
