Delicious food - long wait time. We came for a late breakfast, and the wait was over 45 minutes. They teased us by having a coffee pot by the host station, but it was empty. Once we got to our seat, everything was better. Our waiter was attentive, the food was plentiful and fast, and almost everything was delicious. I got a Mountain Man, so I could try a little bit of everything. My breakfast mates helped me eat some of it, although they had delicious food of their own. We shared the pancakes, which were good, but I don't think any of us were fond of the house syrup. Everything else was perfect, though. The eggs were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The biscuits were appropriately flaky, and the gravy was perfect country cream gravy (which is no place for crazy things like chicken broth or sage, and they seemed to respect that). The potatoes were perfectly cooked, and our drinks were kept full. I would definitely return should I find myself in Pigeon Forge again.

I was looking to go with my family after a service for my Grandmother. My family was meeting from different all places out of town. They don't take reservations but due to the situation the manager called back and said they would make an exception. The only thing they requested was that I called to confirm the day of that I was still coming. I called that morning at the designated time and there didn't seem to be any issues. After the service for my grandmother as we were headed to the restaurant some family members had to leave so I called the restaurant to let them know we were 4 smaller and an hour out but on time for our reservation. I was then told we would be put on wait when we got there that the manager said because they had gotten busier "than anticipated" so they weren't holding a spot for us. So you can call me to make an exception- but not call me to say I have to wait? I would have happily waited if you had not called me and told me you were hold me spots. Not jerked me around and having call you to confirm something that was an empty promise. I happily took my business elsewhere and tipped my waitress way above the expected amount and have left the glowing ratings for a service well done for and excellent food

Great food, great prices, great syrups! I ate pancakes until I burst and enjoyed a variety of sauces on my M&M pancakes. Plus the omelettes and chicken and waffles were excellent. Best part: coffee while you wait! No wait (which was short anyway) is unbearable with coffee!

Nice and clean with friendly service. The crepes were outstanding! We hope to return soon. If you go here, hopefully Tonya will be your server. She's friendly, knows the menu well and is very good!

Yesterday, 9/13/17 , We arrived right before closing time, which I had no idea they were about to close. I was wondering why we got dirty looks from the girl running the cash register. It wasn't until after we got our drinks that the waitress informed me that I couldn't take much time to order because the kitchen was about to close. I would have just gone somewhere else had I known before we sat down and got drinks. Anyway, we panic ordered. It took less than 5 minutes to get our simple orders. When they did bring our food out, the staff were all laughing like there was some hidden joke... The busser was hovering around our table with garbage cans and the girl at the counter had some weird attitude and rudely demanded we go out the side door. When we walked out my kids had to walk through a cloud of smoke from 2 people smoking in walkway. Bad experience.
