I really don't understand all of these amazing reviews for this place. Our family ate there and the first serving they brought out wasn't even enough for us to get a tiny spoon full of each item. They were ridiculously small side bowls. Reordering more food takes forever. The waitress was never to be seen and then it would take a while for us to get another bowl of anything to our table. We ate one plate each but to get the food out to fill up your plate was a challenge. For the price you pay, you might as well go to a regular restaurant like the Apple Barn and get a plate full without the hassle. The food itself was decent, nothing that I would go back for. Apple Barn or even Publix has way better fried chicken and the sides were nothing to brag about. Definitely not worth the price.

Wow!! Amazing!! This is absolutely my favorite restaurant in all of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge now! (this specific location). They have a family style lunch / dinner buffet where you choose several items from the menu for that day and they bring you out all their sides with your chosen items (unlimited). They will randomly check on you and bring you refills of anything you will like. It is EXTREMELY easy to overeat b/c the food is so good and well... its never-ending!! The strawberry gravy sounds a bit odd but you wont want to eat anything else on the biscuits once you try it!! We also visited for breakfast and similar to the lunch / dinner buffet, they simply bring you all breakfast items, and refill them as needed. It was just as amazing as our previous visit. Friendly fast service, decent prices (very very comparable to other places in the area.) and GREAT food! Will definitely be back!!

Family style dining. Very friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. Dinner is three meats and your choice of five veggies. It was delicious! Highly recommended!

Great place to eat. It's a family friendly country restaurant with great food. It was just my wife and I. We had a wonderful meal. We had the fried chicken and it came with ham which was really good. It's kind of sweet but good. The fried chicken was great and really delicious. All of the sides were good too. We also had dessert. My wife had the peach cobbler. It came with a little scoop of vanilla ice cream, she really enjoyed it. I had the banana pudding and it was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone. You better be ready to eat when you get there.

Terrible service!!!! was told one price on the phone by one worker and then the waitress said it was not a problem and could be fixed up at the cash register as there was a manager on duty. The manager was rude and unhelpful. she could care less what her workers said and refused to do anything about the price. She said she would have someone tell the workers to stop telling customers the wrong price. Seems like a bait and switch to me which is criminal. My mother was in the bathroom while we were speaking with the manager and we walked out. Unknowing that my mother was in the bathroom , the manager told the hostess that she "Could just slap me." Obviously she has no business working around people, she is an older , heavyish woman with short blondish hair so if you see her beware. Will be contacting her higher ups.
