The food is fast food. If you're going here with the expectation of culinary wizardry then you're an idiot. 90% of the time my order is correct, fresh and made well. The building is clean and the staff is reasonably friendly. Though not as friendly as Chick Fil a - which is the gold standard.

I don't know where this Burger King got its employees but, where ever it was, they need to send them back. I came to Burger King at around 9pm-9:30pm to get a quick bite to eat. As I came up to the drive-thru screen I first noticed that it was not on. The young lady taking my order cut me off as I started to tell her what I wanted and all I could hear was someone yelling in the background and her responding. After the 30 second distraction was over, I continued with my order and said it very clearly but she did not seem to understand what I was saying so I continued to repeat my order and, all of a sudden, she starts giving me an attitude and exhaling deeply as if she was annoyed with me. She then continues to read my order back to me but does not include the other items I mentioned so, again, I had to go over my order with her. Finally, after things were squared away, I thanked her even though I did not like her attitude because I'm a nice guy and I was giving her the benefit of the doubt. However, as soon as I said thank you, her response was an annoyed "Hm, yea." As I pulled up to the man behind me I noticed that he was frustrated with whoever was at the window and they seemed to have forgotten something he ordered. I saw them take one of their smaller burger bags out of his hand and hand it back to him with napkins overflowing. That was highly unprofessional, in my opinion. After he took off and it was my turn, a young man spoke to me asking for me to repeat what it was I ordered. I did not really mind repeating myself to this young fellow or talking to him because he was very courteous and friendly. I then saw the girl who took my order. She was a young dark skinned girl who looked to be only 15-16 years old though I could be wrong. She had a nasty look on her face as if she honestly didn't care what was going on around her. At the start of my order I asked for everything fresh. The young man asked me to pull forward to wait on my fresh items. Just then the girl throws the bag in front of his face and tells her to give it to me indicating my stuff was done. I knew right then that she had not listened to my request and when I went to eat my food it was far from being fresh. I have never had such terrible service in my life and I,honestly, do not want to see this girls face at the drive-thru window, nor have her take my orders, ever again. This is how pissed off I am. I know it is not my decision what happens to this girl but I want her fired because I will not put up with that again nor will I tolerate disrespect. I worked for Burger King and I know what is required of its employees so do something about your employees Burger King before you have a fight on your hands.

The day staff it's fine but the night staff is horrible. They couldn't get my order the African American girl who took me order was rude to me my mom and my sister. Lastly when I had asked for a receipt so I could call the 1-800 they made the excuse that there machine was done even thought the gentleman that walked out before I went in had one and even told me that they were a little show tonight.

Received half our order and 5 nuggets of our 10 peice and buns weren't toasted on the whoppers. Worst BK I've been too. Also had to wait about 15 minutes for our food after telling them about not getting our complete order. When traveling I was hoping fast food would be...fast?

Very rude workers except one girl I think he me was elisabeth.. Besides her there was maybe 3 other works there.. And all of them standing around telling her what to do... She (the nice girl) took my order the 2nd time and was having a issues with the credit card machine so she got the manager named Brandy... She came to the counter talking on the phone to someone about a car getting towed...I stood there for at least 15 mins before she got off the phone to help me.. But she took the guy behind me order first even tho I was standing there... So the nice girl told her manager that I have been waiting and she was told I needed to wait cuz I the one who is having the card issue.. she takes the guys order and gets back on the phone talking about towing a car as I stood there...I said to her (manger) that we will never come back here again... You treat this poor girl like a slave as you all stand around demanding her to do things... And we left...plus 2 other guests left also!! Don't go here
