Such a charming venue, polite and helpful staff, and always good food! I love their fish and chips, as well as the burgers - even the dressing on the cole slaw makes you want to finish every last bit. Their plating is also so pretty, without being obnoxious. Good portions. Fries are always hot, burger buns are lightly toasted. The chefs and all the staff clearly make a point to pay attention to detail. Love it!

There is nothing to not like about this place. From the ambience to the staff to the menu it is all wonderful. And you will have an excellent time on a romantic date or with your family or friends. The food is also very wonderful it is probably one of my most favorite places in Cleveland to eat and I feel as though I am well versed when it comes to the restaurants around here

The food was good, but not exceptional, except the fries which were pretty awesome and came in multiple varieties. I had the Moroccan, which tasted like Cajun, and we had the rosemary-garlic fries as a table. Draft beer selection was good, but not exceptional. Friends did complimentary valet, which was fine. Nice decor and cozy environment. One nice thing - you can get a reservation on opentable, which we did.

Decent little cafe with good food. Bigger than it looks! They try to be a little more classy and upscale than I think they can pull off comfortably, which always struck me as a little odd and off putting in terms of the overall atmosphere, but the food was good, so I’d call it a wash.

Heck's is a fantastic spot for lunch or dinner, with a menu that could satisfy diners of any diets or creeds. I love their burger menu (au cheval Is top notch) and their drink menu. Plenty of healthy options, fun desserts, and options for kids. Would recommend for any group of any type of eaters.
