Love the food! Always good. Currently I'm standing in line at the Beachwood Ohio location and the girl at the register and the girl in the back are arguing because the girl in the back wanted the girl at the register to let me know my order for pickup wasn't ready. The girl at the register said that I wasn't her customer and it wasn't her job and walked back to the register. Very rude. Trying to get a name but she's not wearing a name tag. One of the other employees came out and apologized to everyone waiting.

It's fine. Overall I like the concept and the food is solid but not a great value. The idea is unique enough that's a worth the occasional visit but it's hard to justify for lunch with the other options around

Great food. Amazing atmosphere. Would get a 5/5 if 2 employees weren’t all over each other doing nothing. Not very appetizing in my opinion. Always been great food tho.

This place blew us away- we don't have these in NY but we need to- someone please make it happen!! The food was fantastic, plenty of parking and seating and all off the staff were very polite and friendly. We were super impressed with our meals and the ability to customize your meal. My favorite by far of the counter service assembly style restaurants. ❤

Beachwood location is horrible. No longer worth the money or the wait. This is an untouched small salad. Bowl is not even half full. Sent someone to pick up this order. If I had gone myself there is no way I would have paid for this. Chick Fil A here we come!
