This place sucks. It deserves no stars!!! They kept messing up my order, had to come back TWICE!!! Elma or Alma was so insensitive to me as a customer. She just laughed behind the closed window. Her manager was laughing along side her. I will NEVER come here again. Staff is super insensitive.

WORSE EXSPERANCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT BURGER KING IN MY LIFE!!!!! if I could give zero stars I would. Because of one encounter I have contacted the GM of this store and also the  corporate office to submit a formal complaint. The lady at the drive up window was so rude and didn’t let me finish my order then when I got to the window I ordered something else and her and the manager begun to laugh saying you called it. EXCUSE ME ARE YOU A MANAGER?!!! apparently not.. then after I told the manager she was very rude he told me to pull up to the next spot then had the nerve to send her out for her to THROW MY FOOD AT ME. Then goes to the next car and said I hope you have a wonderful night if that isn’t fake ass customer service I don’t know what is. SOMEONE IS GOING TO NEED TO TELL ME WHY SHE HAS A JOB. If I don’t Receive a phone call from the DM with in 3 to 5 days I will be contacting again. If they employ people like HER OR HER MANAGER they will be going under soon enough. Save yourself the waste of time and go to the  South Jordan location. 🤮 maybe the management of this place should read the comment below mine left 5 days ago. She needs to be DELT WITH SHE IS A JOKE

Great service, little to no wait times in the drive thru, and the food is fresh. I can't say that I have gone in here. But the staff is friendly and offer great customer service.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. I ordered a meal to go with some allergy restrictions and noticed it was wrong when I got home. When I went back the cashier was silent, didn't even greet me, made no attempt at communication. When I explained my issue he took my bag in the back without a word. When he gave me a new bag I checked the contents. I mentioned there was some cross contamination and I asked for a new one. The man in the back yelled that the sandwich was made correctly, and the cashier grabbed the sandwich and went into the back. The next sandwich was correct and I thanked the girl who gave it to me. My son having allergies, I have delt with incorrect orders and cross contamination a lot. This is the first time I have ever been treated so badly. Not a single word from the cashier and no apologies at all. I felt like I was kind and polite in requesting a new sandwich, however I was met with hostility and unprofessionalism. What has happened to customer service???? I receive wrong orders all the time and I understand we're all human but being unprofessional is unacceptable in a place of business.
 I want to add that the woman who took my order the first time was very nice and friendly!!
