Such a kind family that owns this place! They were very friendly, and offered us several samples from their menu. If you get the chance, strike up a conversation! And the food is the best Hawaiian style food I’ve ever had outside of Hawaii. Definitely will be going back, mahalo!

Love this place!!!!
Friendly people and great food make for an awesome experience!!!
Garlic chicken and Katsu combo is the bomb and the BBQ chicken and beef are amazing as well.

Lanikai is terrific as bang per buck.  I've had the chicken beef and pork and the garlic chicken and teriyaki beef are probably favorites although the rest are good too.  Get bread is great and there  they serve a bunch.  Service is good and quick as well.

Wonderful hole-in-the-wall type place.  When you go on there you really do feel like family, and there is a strong Hawaiian vibe that isn't forced on you.  My family's favorite is the Garlic Chicken plate (~$8), which has ~8 bite size chicken pieces, ancup of rice and a cup of macaroni salad.  It is a great.deal for what.you get.
