Food tasted good, but the dining area needs some cleaning, and the cashier could be considerably more friendly. Lots of staff in the back but hardly anyone cleaning despite loads garbage accumulating and dirty tables/floors. For the prices, would expect a higher standard. Also need "dairy free" menu...perhaps this is available printed but I didn't see it. Dairy free/vegan pastries would be amazing! I would have gotten one but I'm sure they are all made with butter or cream or cream cheese.

Love love love Kneaders! Always a great meal! I could literally eat a Kneaders salad 6 days a week! And the sweets! And baked goods! Soups... I had a small mistake in my take away order one time, I called down to them and they were more then happy to issue a refund and a gift card for another visit. That's the way it should be done!

Service is slow! Plan on being a while. They had one cashier open on a Saturday night. We had to wait in line for 5 minutes while a customer tasted some soups. They could have asked the customer to step aside, so that they could assist other customers.. As the line started building twords the door, they still did not open another register. Finally after deciding on the soup 5 minutes later. There was only one more customer in front of me. This took what felt like another 5 minutes. Honestly I feel kind of bad for the people behind me, who knows how long they will be in line. Anyways, I was kind of wondering why had not been to kneaders in a while. What a good reminder.

The food was tasty as usual, but the overall cleanliness was lacking.
The floors were dirty, so were the tables and the restroom. We were there at 4:30,
With only 2 other customers, so there wasn’t a big rush. We love the food here, but won’t be back unless they clean it up.

Great food.  The kids meal included a toy and a cookie and was a very reasonable price. The positions were good.
